See attached for the Monthly Stats for the Bing ads for the month of March 2025. The spend for this month was a bit high, but revenue was also up. ROAS was down from last month, but was up from January. By adding some new campaigns of some of our higher selling supplements and updating keywords on some currently high selling campaigns we did have growth from last month.

We have some big plans for April as well. Since it is spring, I see some opportunities in Vitamin D, Creatine, and BCAA starting to sell better as the days get warmer. I’m also taking a look at Google Trends to see if there are supplements that have seen spike in the last month or so and will start promoting those as well.

I think we are definitely seeing a lot of progress on the Bing account and I think that I’m a big part of it.

As such, I would love to have an in person evaluation about how I’m performing in this role and to discuss getting a raise. Would you be available sometime this to week to discuss that?

There is something else I would like to discuss. Since I am so focused on work and getting things done, it is especially galling that this co-worker of mine, who I won’t mention by name, is causing a lot of trouble at work. I won’t mention specifics, but she is making work here quite difficult.

She pretty sure makes more money than me is so focused on not working. She is constantly singing and whistling while at her desk, and her head seems to be in the clouds all the time. So much so that I think she is actually sleeping sometimes and from what I’m told that is a fireable offense. She doesn’t really dress appropriately for work, either. She’s also quite bossy, which is weird because she isn’t a boss to anyone. Just because her dad is high up in the company doesn’t mean she should get a pass.

It seems like the only time she seems to be productive is when she is in our group meetings. All of a sudden she has done a million things, but what I observe is none of those things. She takes credit for all the things I have to do when she is gone, or late or off talking with other people. In meetings she all of a sudden acts like a superstar and that she is the queen around here. Its really kind of irking and I hope that you will talk to her about her future here. I would love to discuss more in a meeting as soon as you have time to meet.
