There is nothing more bitter in one’s life than seeing an awesome trailer for a movie. Not bitter because of the trailer, but because the movie itself is so much worse than the awesome trailer made it seem. I guess there is another thing that is more bitter(bitterer?) than that. When you are with a group of people deciding to see a movie and you are forced against your will to go to a terrible movie and you can’t walk out because someone there is your ride. Anyways, for some reason or another, we all see bad movies. Sonya(from the blog Duck soup) and I decided that we would list our least favorite movies and give a reason why. She posted it on her sight and I am linking it. So go there and read and discuss what movies have made you the most bitter.

Have a bitter time!
And by the way, as long as you are disliking things, check out my Ben’s Bitter Blog Facebook page. Go there and dislike it too.

All the awards go to you for “The Watch”. God I hated that movie, I wanted to leave the theater. At least I didn’t pay for it.
Also, 27 dresses. Ugh. Enough said.
Fantastic collaboration you two! Thank you for the warning, I’ll stay far away from the aforementioned disgraces to the film industry.
Also, a boss who is Satan? I need to go yawn now. -_-

Thanks. It sounds like Sonya did some bad movies that more people resonated with. Thanks for reading!

I’d like to nominate “The Signs”with Mel Gibson as the worst movie ever. Just my personal bias.

You may nominate them, but you would have to put them in the mystery/horror section.

The mystery is why anyone thought the movie was good and the horror is that I had to sit through it (because I didn’t drive).

That’s why I never drive. I want to view more bad movies that make me bitter.

I hate movie previews. I generally just rely on reading about it to determine whether I want to see it or not. I find text usually cuts through the BS and special effects.

Movie previews are awesome! The crap that follows is the bad stuff.

I’m pretty sure you came up with the idea, but I will take the credit, because that’s what a bitter person does.

Why not walk out, and make a big scene of it? Wait for you ride while scarfing a humongous burger, etc

That is a great idea. I like making scenes. Unfortunately, Hollywood is not so good at making scenes.

Then maybe you should go revamp Hollywood, make a ton of money, and get corrupted.

Making a ton of money sounds great.

I hate it when I go see a movie because the trailer looked funny, only to realize the only funny parts were showcased in the trailer. Makes me bitter! 😉

Sometimes, when the trailers end, I get sad because now I will have to watch the extended trailer.

LOL. that’s why I sometimes enjoy trailers way more than movies.

Trailers are awesome because you don’t have to sit through two hours of movie to get to them.

I have been let down many times due to an awesome trailer. I want to go to a movie that is nothing but trailers for two hours.

That would be awesome. Hopefully they only charge $0 too.

Heck, I’d pay full price if they’re gonna show us all the best parts with none of the other crap.

Definitely. I would even pay half price.
